Ticket Policies and Procedures

All Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE , with no exceptions. NO refunds or exchanges will be issued. Each ticket-holder assumes all risks incidental to the game of baseball and agrees that participating clubs, their agents or players are not liable for injuries resulting from such causes. Management reserves the right to eject, without refund, any ticket holder whose behavior deems it necessary. No coolers, food or beverages, or lawn chairs may be brought into Phil Welch stadium.

RAIN POLICY: In the event that 5 innings of one game are not played, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of 4 1/2 innings, this ticket may be exchanged for the same type of ticket, subject to availability, to any remaining 2007 regular season home game, by presenting their dated ticket stub to the St. Joe Blacksnakes Box Office.
